HPG Refund and Returns Policy

HPG Online trading times for processing of orders and queries are are Mon to Fri from 08h00 to 17h00.

Orders and or queries received after 17h00 on a Fri and on Saturdays, Sundays and or Public Holidays will only be processed on the first subsequent working day.

Customers can contact onlinehq@hyperpoolgroup.co.za to log a general query, product return and or refund request.

Please be advised that certain product lines featured in our online shop are, unfortunately, excluded from our Free Delivery Offer due to these products exceeding volumetric limitations and or other T’s & C’s set by the various courier companies linked to the delivery portal that we utilize.

Please note that returns and or refunds will not be considered after 14 days from the date of purchase. Only unused product that is still in its undamaged original packaging will be considered for return and or refund. Certain products in the HPG online shop are excluded for return and or refund.

The customer may be held responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item or items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
